Dear Stranger,

Do you believe that living in this country (United States) you have access to become whatever you can dream? Yesterday, I had that conversation with a woman while sitting at this bus stop. She was from Moscow, Russia and came to this country over 15 years ago in hopes of one day starting a business. She came here because she felt she had ‘a better chance to live her dreams.’

How often does the book you’re reading spur conversations? Our conversation started from a book I’m reading, Do You by Russell Simmons, who has personal experience in creating the dream life. His book has been helpful in reminding me that I create the life I want to live. The laws he outlines serve as guides that remind me that before I can be successful in the world I have to work to build that success in my life.

What is it that you want to create in your life?
